How a repair goes

The estimate is free, and nothing is repaired until you approve it.

  1. Step 1 · Diagnose

    Every repair begins with a comprehensive diagnostic assessment designed to uncover both obvious and hidden issues.

  2. Step 2 · Estimate approval

    You'll receive a detailed, itemized estimate outlining all recommended repairs with no hidden fees and no surprises.

  3. Step 3 · Repair

    Once your estimate is approved, our technicians get to work immediately.

  4. Step 4 · Repair testing

    After repairs are completed, every drone undergoes a rigorous testing and quality control process.

  5. Step 5 · Shipping

    All outgoing shipments leave our facility daily at 4 PM EST.
