Step 1 - Diagnose
Every repair begins with a comprehensive diagnostic assessment designed to uncover both obvious and hidden issues.
We perform a full system inspection evaluating flight logs, ESC and motor performance, sensor calibration, gimbal stability, camera output, battery health, and internal electronics.
Using advanced diagnostic tools and real-world testing, we pinpoint the root cause of failure not just the symptoms.
You’ll receive a detailed report outlining our findings, recommended repairs, transparent pricing, and an accurate turnaround time so you can make an informed decision before any work begins.
2
Step 2 - Estimate Approval
Once diagnostics are complete. You’ll receive a detailed, itemized estimate outlining all recommended repairs with no hidden fees and no surprises.
Every cost is clearly broken down so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
From there, you’re in full control. Approve the estimate and we begin repairs immediately.
If you choose to decline, we securely package and return your drone promptly, no pressure, no obligation.
3
Step 3 - Repair
Once your estimate is approved, our technicians get to work immediately.
We source all required components directly from our in-house parts department, ensuring quality, compatibility, and faster turnaround times.
All repairs are performed by manufacturer certified technicians.
Trained and authorized by our drone brand partners. Using proven methods and precise workmanship, we restore your drone to peak performance with reliability you can trust.

Step 4 - Repair Testing
After repairs are completed, every drone undergoes a rigorous testing and quality control process.
We update firmware, perform a detailed final inspection, and go over the entire system with a fine tooth comb to ensure everything meets our standards.
To validate flight readiness, two independent pilots conduct separate flight tests confirming stability, responsiveness, and full functionality.
Your drone isn’t returned until it’s proven ready for the air.
5
Step 5 - Shipping
Once your drone passes final testing. It’s carefully prepared for return by our shipping and receiving team. We use a brand new box for every order, custom fitted and reinforced to ensure maximum protection during transit.
Your drone is securely wrapped with protective materials, including bubble wrap and packing paper, to prevent any movement or damage. Each package is sealed, labeled on-site, and scheduled for dispatch.
All outgoing shipments leave our facility daily at 4 PM EST. Getting your drone back to you quickly and safely.
